Jennifer Champion is a devoted wife to Gregg Champion and proud mother of three daughters—Elysse (15), Annabelle (12), and Charlise (3). Raised in the suburbs of Chicago in a Catholic home, she was first introduced to meditation at the age of eight. What began as a simple practice eventually became the foundation for a lifelong journey of self-discovery, healing, and, most importantly, self-love. Over the years, Jennifer has explored a wide range of spiritual and healing modalities, each one deepening her capacity for joy, wisdom, and compassion.

Through her personal experiences and dedication to inner growth, Jennifer became a Certified Guided Meditation Practitioner and Certified Hypnotherapist. These certifications reflect both her own healing journey and her passion for supporting others on theirs. Her approach blends a nurturing, heart-centered presence with effective, time-tested techniques—creating a safe and empowering space where clients feel seen, heard, and guided toward greater peace and clarity.

Jennifer’s passion for hypnotherapy and meditation is deeply personal. She has walked through profound life challenges, including childhood illness, the loss of her best friend to suicide, a miscarriage, divorce, and the passing of her father. Through these experiences, she found freedom by releasing long-held emotional blockages such as guilt, regret, and not feeling enough, and reconnecting with her authentic self and with God. These practices became the tools that helped her own healing—and they are now the gifts she is honored to share with START UP WELLNESS clients who are seeking transformation.

Jennifer’s signature strength lies in her loving and encouraging presence. With compassion and integrity, she creates sacred space for the clients at START UP WELLNESS to experience their own breakthroughs and inner healing. Whether working one-on-one or leading group meditations, her mission remains the same: to help others return to the most important relationship in their lives—the one they have with themselves.
